Pre-Sale Registration Qualified Countries

Qualified Countries

Eligibility and availability: Access to and use of the NatGold Token is limited to persons located in, resident of, or otherwise subject to the laws of jurisdictions that the Platform has determined to be legally and regulatorily qualified for the offering, holding and trading of the NatGold Token. The NatGold Token is not available in jurisdictions that do not meet these criteria or that are otherwise subject to specific regulatory, sanctions or risk‑based restrictions, including jurisdictions where distinct capital markets, securities or derivatives regulatory requirements prevent the Platform from making the NatGold Token available, as described below.

Unqualified Countries

Canada

Canadian Regulatory Restriction: Due to the application of Canadian capital markets, securities and derivatives regulatory requirements, including those relating to ‘Value‑Referenced Crypto Assets’ (VRCAs), the Platform is not currently permitted to make the NatGold Token available to any person located in, resident of, or otherwise subject to the laws of Canada. This restriction arises from the Platform’s regulatory obligations in Canada and should not be taken as a decision by NatGold Digital to exclude Canada as a market.

Other Unqualified Countries

International Restriction: Due to the application of international sanctions and related restrictions, the Platform is not permitted to make the NatGold Token available to any person located in, resident of, or otherwise subject to the laws of any country or territory designated by regulatory authorities as a restricted or high‑risk jurisdiction. This restriction arises from the Platform’s legal and compliance obligations and should not be taken as a decision by NatGold Digital, in and of itself, to exclude any such country as a market.
