Once your High Ridge Trust account is open and your wire has been received, please allow up to two business days for your U.S. dollars to be converted into NATG and for the tokens to appear in your account.
Your account may show as open before your NATG balance is displayed. This is normal and does not require you to refresh the page or take any additional action. We kindly ask that you allow the full two-business-day processing period before contacting us for a status update.
