NatGold Digital Provides Update on NATG Exchange Listing Strategy
NatGold Digital Provides Update on NATG Exchange Listing Strategy
Coral Gables, FL — July 17, 2026 — NatGold Digital Ltd. (“NatGold” or the “Company”) today announced that a proposed listing of the NatGold Token (“NATG”) on Kraken will not proceed. In parallel, NatGold continues to advance discussions and onboarding activities with other prospective exchange partners that it believes are aligned with its standards and the needs of the NATG ecosystem.
“As Chair of the Board, I see our priority as securing listings on venues that offer robust infrastructure and support the long-term development of NATG and the broader NatGold ecosystem,” said Mark Radke, Chair of the Board of NatGold Digital. “The Board strongly supports management’s ongoing discussions with exchanges that we believe are aligned with NatGold’s standards, strategic objectives and stakeholders.
“NatGold has been built on commitments to transparency, responsible governance, technical integrity and long-term value creation. We have always believed that lasting business relationships are built on professionalism, clear communication, mutual respect and integrity. Those principles will continue to guide every aspect of NatGold’s growth as we move forward with exchange partners that share those values.”
The conclusion of the proposed Kraken listing follows the postponement of the anticipated July 8, 2026 commencement of NATG trading. Before the postponement, Kraken had promoted the listing, published information regarding NATG on its website and opened an order book for eligible Kraken Pro customers. Following further discussions, Kraken advised NatGold that the proposed listing would not proceed. No reason was provided to the Company.
NatGold’s exchange strategy is supported by continued progress in the development of the NATG ecosystem. Following their qualification as NatGold Certified Resources, NatGold completed the tokenization of in-ground gold resources associated with two projects in California and Idaho. These initial tokenizations resulted in the minting of an aggregate 106,800 NATG under the NATG smart contract on Ethereum and provide an established foundation for the continued development of the NatGold ecosystem.
Interest in NATG was also demonstrated through the NatGold Token Reservation Program, which attracted approximately 17,466 participants from more than 162 countries and generated non-binding reservations for approximately 133,518 NATG. This participation reflected broad international interest in NatGold’s vision for capturing the investment value of qualifying in-ground gold resources through tokenization while leaving the underlying resources preserved in Mother Nature’s Vault.
Since its inception, NatGold has maintained a commitment to transparency, regulatory responsibility, technical integrity and professional governance. The Company has applied these principles to the development of its patent-pending Digital Gold Mining model, the qualification of NatGold Certified Resources, the issuance of NATG through its Ethereum smart contract and its engagement with prospective exchange partners. Consistent with that commitment, the publication of NatGold’s MiCA Crypto-Asset White Paper in accordance with Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 represents an important regulatory and disclosure achievement supporting the proposed offer and admission to trading of NATG within the European Union.
NatGold continues to develop its inventory of NatGold Certified Resources and advance the commercial application of its Digital Gold Mining model. The Company’s business strategy, tokenization activities, relationships with mineral property owners and plans for the continued development of the NATG ecosystem remain unchanged.
The status of the 106,800 NATG already minted, the NATG token structure and the functionality of the NATG Ethereum smart contract remain unchanged by this exchange-listing development.
NatGold, together with its legal advisers, is reviewing the circumstances and matters arising from the Kraken listing engagement. The Company will consider and pursue any actions it determines appropriate to protect the interests of NatGold and its stakeholders. NatGold does not intend to comment further on that review at this time.
The Company will provide further updates regarding its global exchange strategy and the continued development of the NATG ecosystem as appropriate.
