Shareholders Encouraged to Save the Date and RSVP by August 18

Miami, FL – June 24, 2026 – NatGold Digital Ltd. (“NatGold” or the “Company”) today invited shareholders to attend its 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and related shareholder events on Friday, September 18, 2026, in Miami, Florida.

Shareholders planning to attend are asked to RSVP through the Company’s Investor Services team no later than August 18, 2026. Additional information regarding the venue, meeting times, registration, accommodations and related activities will be provided in the coming weeks.

The AGM is planned for the morning of September 18, followed by shareholder activities beginning in the late afternoon. The Company currently plans to host a sunset cruise along the Miami waterfront, providing shareholders with an informal opportunity to meet members of NatGold’s Board of Directors and senior management team, as well as fellow shareholders. A dinner is expected to conclude the day’s program.

The NatGold senior management team and representatives of the Board of Directors will attend.

The AGM will take place approximately two months after NatGold’s planned inaugural tokenization event. At the meeting, the Company expects to provide shareholders with updates on its tokenization activities, corporate developments, strategic initiatives and other matters relevant to the Company’s progress and future direction.

Formal notice of the AGM and related shareholder materials will be distributed directly to shareholders in accordance with applicable requirements.

Attendance at the AGM and related events will be limited to eligible NatGold shareholders. Advance registration is required to assist the Company in coordinating meeting facilities, transportation, catering, dining arrangements and participation in the day’s shareholder activities.
